TRAUMA AND ITS AFFECTS ON LIFE
The young girl feels lonely in a crowded area. She always wants to avoid getting interested in any event. The pretty girl laughs and even makes herself laugh in a family hall and entertains others. Everyone gets to enjoy her company. Although, during these gatherings, she often suffers distress, hypoxia, and restlessness. Her mother takes her to the hospital in an emergency. I sometimes thought that she wore an artificial blanket of happiness. Although, her smiley face, vacant heart, and floods of thoughts in her mind want to remain in her past.
Now she often feels restless, not feeling well, unconscious, and hypoxia occurs. She alerts in response to voiceless sounds.
She was not like she was now. She was a captivating, fascinating, and intelligent girl. After the tragic incident of her life comes many troubles and agony when the horrified-sudden death of a loving and caring father occurs. She was not crying. She said my father does not feel good when I shed tears, but the ocean’s waves of sadness and grief are in her heart. Her torment become grows. Thoughts become rich. Although one year has passed since her father’s death, even though the condition of 17 years old girl often disturbs her. She randomly has attacks of depression. Yes, she suffers from depression. If the feelings of sadness are not overcome for more than 4-3 weeks, treatment for depression should start.
This type of depression is due to external stress or any traumatic incident called REACTIVE DEPRESSION.
After the Physician’s recommendation, the young girl went to a psychiatrist. She was trying to define her feelings with teary eyes.

Can’t sleep the whole night
Not want to interact socially
Want towards the end of life
Her doctor calmly listens to her problems, counsels her, and is aware of the footsteps where she stands and where they should be.

BIOLOGICAL FACTORS INVOLVES IN DEPRESSION;

She often thoughts that her feeling is under the phase of depression or grief.

Untreated depression may cause many troubles in life and cause difficulties in spending a better life.
Now the medication has started. Now the motivated girl wants to back to the riding track of life.
After six months of treatment with psychotherapy, she is ready to face life’s new challenges.
