But in my opinion, food is such a necessity of life that no one can survive without this; but sometimes it becomes beyond necessity and becomes a habitual craving. Some people want every time treat just to satisfy the inner false relaxation by getting the good taste of food. It should be a basic necessity that is based on healthy, nutritious ingredients; if it is healthy nourished couple with good taste. yes, this food is a good choice. Food choice should be based on healthy nutrients fully nourished coupled with delicious taste.

Inner voice:
Yes, inner voice means sometimes, people want eagerly to eat something, this comes from inner; this eagerness varies from person to person. Some are making an effort to achieve the inner voice demanding food, but some have sacrificed nature to suppress the inner voice of eating special food.
Habitual carving:
Some people have habits to make treats every time and crave to eat which mostly depends on taste. These types of people did not consider the nourishment of food. They should consider their health status. And should consider the healthy body demand.
Body’s demand craving:
In ancient it was believed that the inner voice or demand to something eat was the demand of your body’s needs. For example, pregnant women eagerly want to eat lemon or tamarind which is because it increases digestion. As in pregnancy digestion process is disturbed; the body needs this type of food that enhances digestion.
During stress, physiological changes may cause the inner voice of more junk food intake to occur. It happens just to satisfy the inner soul; disturbed due to any traumatic condition.
False body craving:
False body craving in pathological condition, people craving food which is against the body demand.
For example, in diabetes hyperglycemia, people want to eat more carbohydrates or energetic food. This is because due to hyperglycemia body has high blood sugar levels but glucose doesn’t enter into the cell due to lack of insulin which is the major transporter of glucose into the cell; here people’s chief choice of food depends on this body’s physiological status not on the inner voice, craving or taste it may be life-threatening when you get enough sugar or carbohydrates products in hyperglycemia.
The chief reason people choose the foods should fulfill the healthy parameters:
- Fulfill body demands
- Not damage your health
- Everything in your meal has balanced nutrients.
- Consider the age parameters during choosing your meal.
As you cross the adult and enter the middle-aged or older citizen you should avoid salt, sugar, or unsaturated food to remain healthy in aging or avoid senior health complications.
For survival, not live for tasty food.
The taste diminishes from your tongue within minutes but the food choice components intake in your food may remain long-term; producing its related effects. If this taste-dependent food choice habit persists it may damage your health.
