Little, innocent, miserable eyes lie on the uncomfortable like the horns on the bed with the stress and depressive thoughts in his mind. The next day, with loaded work and scolding behaviour, he had to face. As this depressive phase continued with his childhood till his teenage years, her soul became damaged when every kick of effort was back toward or reflected as a sign of failure.

1-Social isolation:

In Depression, The person becomes lazy, unambitious, apathetic and socially isolated. Sometimes, their family members and the person, even himself, aren’t aware of the signs of Depression. Even they do not understand the symptoms of Depression. Further, they go the stares of symptomatic severity. At last, the situation becomes critical. It becomes life-threatening.

2- Mental and psychological behaviour changes:

Due to the changes in mental and physiological behaviour and hormonal changes (increased levels of cortisone and epinephrine), they face:

  • Lack of interest in pleasure activities,
  •  They stand life worthlessness,
  •  feelings of sadness persisting.
  •  They don’t understand their worth and life, which is a precious gift of god.

3–Depression-associated pathologies:

In other words, A depressed person may trigger severe pathologies and make life trouble. The depression symptoms itself is painful, added to other disease such as

  • heart disease,
  •  high blood pressure,
  •  stroke,
  •  muscular pain,
  •  headache,
  •  sleep disturbance,
  •  appetite changes such as weight loss or gain
  •  anxiety and stomach problems, normally gastric acidity or gastric reflux, which worsens life and gradually diverts the decline phase of life.

4-From a psychological point of view:

From a psychological point of view, a person may feel alone. Loniless itself makes life in prison. Further, the thought of the unbelievable in their relationship creates further agony and hurdles in the happiest life. Depression affects their sexual and healthy relationship.

1-The neurotransmitters ( dopamine, serotonin, norepinephrine) which can regulate our mood become disturbed in Depression.

2-The brain area that controls emotions, memory and stress regulation, called the hippocampus area, becomes reduced. Due to this stress, mood regulation and memory formation are affected.

Amygdala activity increases in Depression. It involves emotions like fear and anxiety. Due to increment in this area, fear, anxiety, negative thoughts, and feelings become hyperactive.

4-Problem-solving, decision making and emotional regulations linked to the prefrontal cortex region of the brain. Due to Depression, its activity becomes reduced, which may affect emotional and cognitive impairment.

5-Chronic inflammation may damage brain cells, and increased levels of inflammatory cytokines may exacerbate depression symptoms.

6-In Depression, brain neuroplasticity activity is reduced, due to which adaptation from negative experiences and learning from coping mechanisms is affected.
