Our food should be constituent of six basic and essential nutrients, i.e.;
• Protein. \s• Carbs. \s• Fats.
• Vitamins. \s• Minerals. \s• Water.
All the above have specific functions. To maintain the blessing of health, they should be in our diet in a particular ratio. There are food groups on which are diet must be based:
